Currently there are openings for Product Specialists and Technical Sales Specialists in various locations throughout North America. Descriptions and duties of each position type are listed below.
Product Specialist
The role of Product Specialists within the company includes being responsible for new account growth, customer retention and accomplishing sales goals. Individual will provide information and advice on available products, services, and company benefits as well as addressing lubrication issues and cross referencing to the appropriate product equivalent.The correct individual will have a broad understanding of sales in their field, but does not need any specialized training or credentials in lubricants. Product Specialists will function within a given territory that they currently reside in; utilizing the relationships they have developed in previous employment to begin developing new accounts. Previous sales work in the air compressor or refrigeration industries is considered a plus.
Must have experience in relationship selling, customer prospecting, and demonstrated success in outside sales. Ability to work independently as a self starter, self reliant, and confident sales leader is required.

Technical Sales Specialist
The role of Technical Sales Specialists within the company includes supporting 3-4 of the company's Product Specialists in the development of new business, providing technical expertise, and closing sales. Other responsibilities include securing and reporting field intelligence regarding price movement, competitive programs, industry environment, etc. Make presentations and provide field training to customers as required.As the technical expert supporting Product Specialists, the correct individual will be well spoken with a strong capacity for technical information and general product knowledge but does not need any specialized training or credentials in lubricants. Technical Sales Specialists will function within the assigned territories represented by the Product Specialists they are working with. Previous work in the air compressor or refrigeration industries is considered a plus.
